Exhibition freight involves procedures that ordinary importing does not. KUROZAKI specializes in trade show freight. We take you from move-in through the return trip after the show, following the rules that apply to each item.
Exhibition freight differs from
ordinary importing in three ways.
01 — Deadline
“Next week” is
not an option.
A trade show opens on day one. The move-in window is fixed, and it cannot be moved.
02 — The return trip
The outbound leg
is only half of it.
Exhibits go back overseas once the show closes. Arranging the way in does not finish the job.
03 — Item rules
Procedures change
with the item.
Cameras, food, medical devices. Each one needs a different set of permits and filings.

What KUROZAKI does
From import clearance to setting up inside your booth, we take responsibility for the whole job.
Exhibits that are hard to install, that need special equipment to install, or that need temperature control: we support all of them, so that your show delivers its full result.
We make the opening day.
A trade show opens on day one, without exception, and the move-in window is fixed. We work backwards from that deadline and plan the outbound and return legs together.
The harder the cargo, the more we want it.
From vehicles and heavy machinery to precision instruments and temperature-controlled food. If another forwarder told you it would be difficult, bring it to us first.
